Hi, I'm Katie Welsh, a Southeastern Pennsylvania-based photographer with a passion for capturing the details that make every subject unique. Whether it's a classic car, a hardworking truck, heavy equipment, or an aircraft soaring overhead, I enjoy creating images that tell a story while showcasing each subject at its best.
Photography has been part of my life for over 20 years. I started in black and white film then transitioned to digital photography four years ago and have continued to refine my skills using Nikon mirrorless cameras along with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
By day, I work in the technology industry, where attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving are part of my everyday life. Those same qualities carry over into my photography. I take pride in producing clean, consistent images that accurately represent the subject while highlighting its character and craftsmanship.
While I enjoy photographing aircraft, I am especially drawn to automobiles, commercial trucks, construction and landscaping equipment, and the everyday machines that often go unnoticed.
